Meet Ana Vega
Founder of the Families with Superpowers Academy.

Ana knows about family stress.

  • She grew up with a mom with a severe mental illness.
  • She had two different step-moms and experienced an eating disorder as a teen.
  • She's a parent who went through a difficult divorce.

This led her to become a Vice President in the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), the largest organization that helps people affected by mental illness and their families.

Over the years countless parents have learned her unique co-parenting and parenting method in just a few weeks without reading a mountain of books or spending years in therapy.

She's also a trained California divorce mediator and helps parents work more effectively with their attorneys.
